Well done for taking steps towards improving your health and wellbeing. Measuring your current state of health on a proactive basis is far more powerful and much easier than the very hard work necessary to fix your body when it’s gone wrong.

My understanding about the importance of self-checking your body comes from my first-hand experience during my own health journey and my training in various aspects of health and wellbeing.

For example, I cured the serious a kidney disease I was born with, and have lived (since knowing as a teenager) with a twisted and curved spine, latterly made worse by radiation for breast cancer (I was frightened into having this treatment and wish I hadn’t) which has led to four fractured vertebrae in my thoracic spine area. I have experienced four episodes of cancer and in 2015 I was given 1 year to live with stage IV Hodgkin’s Lymphoma. I have also dealt with several skin cancers on my face naturally, with no scarring.

During my personal journey and also interviewing many health practitioners for my health radio show and podcasts, I am constantly learning.
