DISC Training
Charities, schools, nurseries, universities, NGOs who need to understand individual and team behaviour are welcome to use the DISC Profiling By Elaine Godley software FREE of charge. Profiling is an extremely useful tool, however, MUST be used sensitively and feedback given within context.
For this reason, I insist on training users. You will receive an accreditation certificate on completion of the training programmes relevant to your intended use. I reserve the right to withdraw user access at any time if I deem the system is being used without due consideration to my Code of practice
Academies, cluster schools and organisations who prefer to have their own white label DISC software licence, please contact me

Foundation to understand the DISC model
Whether you are an HR professional, senior corporate manager, solo or entrepreneur, these programmes will enlighten you in ways you’ve never even thought of. Just imagine using your new knowledge to improve relationships with suppliers, clients, customers, as well as team members, and even your family. Anything is possible.
During my 20+ years of working with the DISC model of Behavioural Profiling, I never cease to be amazed at the versatility of this interesting model. I chose to learn more about DISC rather than other models simply because I could visualise using it with students considering career options, right through to senior management and CEOs. A DISC assessment is relatively easy to complete and is understandable by most when given appropriate and considerate feedback by a trained practitioner.
The individual training programmes in this series are intended to provide a basic overall understanding of the DISC model, with a deeper dive into the individual styles of behaviour for those who seek more knowledge in how to apply in the business world.
Each individual programme consists of a live 1-hour zoom call with Q+A at the end. Participants may also ask further questions and clarification within a closed LinkedIn group.

Foundation to understand the DISC model
I’ve taught the DISC model within many schools to students, teachers and assistants. For five years I had the privilege of co-running The Harlow Mentoring Network within which I recruited and trained business people how to become Mentors. Students and Mentors were matched using DISC assessments - we even had an article on the innovative programme published within The Times Educational Supplement.

I’m so thrilled to have co-developed my own version of DISC online to share with schools and colleges. This is my contribution towards supporting young people to become successful in life, no matter what path they take.
