When I was inconvenienced with stage IV cancer in 2015, I researched cannabis oil as a potential strategy for my recovery protocol. I kept reading about how CBD was beneficial for people with chronic mobility and pain challenges. Conditions such as fibromyalgia, arthritis, anxiety, depression, cancer, osteoporosis and many others where individuals took medication with resulting side effects.
There are so many CBD products on the market, how do you know which ones are better than others?
To start with, the most basic requirement for me is for the source to be organic.
Secondly, how the product is extracted and produced is important because some manufacturers used some questionable, and down right dangerous, extraction methods.
Finally, and equally as important, are the people and culture behind the product. If I don’t like the vibe, I won’t deal with the organisation. Period.
Following years of experience and thousands of hours and £s researching, I only recommend products I use myself or those proven to enjoy a good pedigree and results for my clients.
